Welcome to Three Boroughs Housing Cooperative
Three Boroughs is a fully mutual housing cooperative based in Southeast London.
We are managed by our members in the form of a committee elected at the AGM. We act as managing agents for a number of Housing Associations operating in the boroughs of Lewisham, Southwark and formerly, Greenwich.
Three Boroughs Coop is currently taking applications for new memberships. The waiting list is open.

Three Boroughs Housing Cooperative is a membership-led and managed democracy. We work within and toward Cooperative values, principles and our ethos.
We welcome candidates who can, demonstrate committed ability to deal with and flourish in our diverse Cooperative environment, are suited to shared housing, and have developed social skills with the capacity to further develop these with the active participation and training, that is vital to our Cooperative.
